    增肥減肚腩

     
     09年已過了三分之一,我增10磅的任務一點進展也沒有。
     可是我明明每餐都吃到最少有10分飽了。
     (沒辦法,總是吃完以後才發現壞事,又吃太飽傷心
     早餐吃蕃薯粥/米粉/麵線/麥片加蛋加朱古力,佐料也很豐富。
     午餐的份量跟男同事的一樣多,
     餐後回辦公室就沖杯「美樂」/「阿華田」/咖啡,
     下午還要再吃香蕉/蘋果/橙。
     晚上回家後我媽端上一碗老火湯,
     喝完湯後大魚大菜,再吃飯。
     飯後想睡就去睡,經常7點多睡到11點才起床,洗刷完又睡。
     睡完又重複前一天的軌跡。
     
     把日子過成這麼懶、這麼豬,最見效益的就是肚皮了。
     最近開始感到夏天的火熱,夏天的衣服被找了出來。
     往身上一穿,才嚇了一跳--肚腩。。。
     決定開始做 sit-ups。
     每天晚上40下,不知道要多長時間,才能把肚腩的贅肉消化掉。。。
     
     有沒有什麼方法,可以增肥,又能減肚腩的?
